Ready or not

Hi guys it’s been 5 months I’ve battled to keep these plants going due to really bad LCD light they are very stretched
one of the smallest plants seen almost ready they others are still white .can I get a vote if she is ready to pick .

The pistils (hairs) are still pretty light in color and straight which says they're not ready yet. I always wait until the pistils are red/brown and curled up tight to the buds then start watching the trichomes for ripeness. Here's a couple pics on how to read the trichomes
