Plants simultaneously growing & flowering, with Minimal Internode Growth... Help!?!

Seeded these in August, in Coco coir & feeding ISN A+B, with Seaweed, Microbe Boost & Amino Gold. Growing outdoors, but locked up in garage at night. Why are they doing it, and what are we doing wrong? Regards from temperate Canberra, Australia.

Greetings from intolerant America! Yeah, I said it.
What's the strain? Could be just the genetics of the plant. There are dwarf strains and there are trees that are forests unto themselves. Looks like you have octopus footballs.
Oh, wait. You said 'temperate'. Forget that first thing I said.

You maybe planted them too early in the outdoor grow season and your schedule for giving them light is all stuffed up. That's why they have flowered early and likely going back to veg now or will really soon if you leave them outdoors while the sun is shining and your days are getting longer.

You can do one of two things now.

1. Dont give them less than a 12 hour dark period and keep them in flower. The risk with this is you forget to do this or you have a hot summer. A hot summer will produce poor quality bud as they will be flowering as things get hotter and not cooler as is natural. Heat and direct sunlight in the middle of summer stuffs trichomes. (You will need to black out your garage. No light leaks. If you can read a book when blacked out in there it is too much light.)

2. Let them reveg then flower again by leaving them outside. The risks here are exposure to the weather that may be to cold or bud rot producing rain and humidity moving into Autumn.

Look closely to see if they are revegging. If they are you are stuck with number 2.

Bluey, first off thank you for a prompt reply and plenty of food for thought. Whatever we decide, it needs to be done quickly. If it helps, the strains are feminised and sourced locally (in Australia), Jack Harer on far left, and two Wedding Cake. Our outdoor growing season used to be Aug - April/May when I first grew. Resumed last year after a too long break from it, so everything's learning again, particularly the changing climate conditions, and the new seed advances. Bring it on...
