Nute OD or fungus?

My girl has developed these rusty patches on some shade leaves. I'm treating with Captain Jack's tomato and vegetable insecticide/fungicide. I've been feeding organic Tomato-tone the recommended 3Tbsp every two weeks. What am I doing wrong? Thanks.

They look wet like root issues, or just rotting away

shouldnt be calcium since that food is 8% and youve been feeding every 2wks

now idk but toxicity maybe. I know my tomatoes use more calcium than weed to prevent bottom rot

In ground unless in the desert shouldnt have to water daily. Much less 2ce a day I dont water 5 gallon pots outdoors in the desert 2ce a day yet dont need to do that until it's over 100 maybe more depending on plant size. Since you've been watering 2ce a day in ground without a bunch of aeration, that leads me more so to believe you have rotting roots
