Firstly I'd like to begin by saying a big Hello to everyone and anyone who reads this post and thanks in advance to any and all advice given.

Now my setup is as goes..

Darkbox Grow Tent 100x100x200cm with air extractor and carbon filter.

2 x Phlizon PHD6 600W Dual-channel LED Grow Light.
Efficacy(ALL ON Mode): 2.3 µmol/J
Input Voltage: 100-277V, 50-60Hz
Actual Power Consumption(ALL ON Mode): 100W±3%
Coverage Area: 2′ x 2′ - 3′ x 3′
Dual-channel: VEG/BLOOM
Spectrum: Full Spectrum

23cm/11 litre/2.9 gallon plant pots

31cm/18 litre/4.7 gallon plant pots

2 x Lava Soil BAC 40 litre/10.6 gallons

4 x Northern Lights Auto seeds

OK...with that out of the way my doubts are the following seeing as I reckon my lighting system has a lot left to be desired.

A: How many plants should I grow at a time with this setup?

B: Which plant pots should I use?

C: Should I bother using the Dual-channel: VEG/BLOOM feature with these lights or just have them all on at a time?

D: And lastly, how far above the plants should I place the lights?

So, as I said before, any and all advice will be very much appreciated and thanks in advance to all.

Plant all four in the bigger pots, use the bloom feature and check the manufacturer recommendation for light height

Grow autos and not photos on an 18/6 schedule and you will have just enough light if each light is using 100W....just.

If you were to grow photoperiod in that space on a 12/12 schedule you'd need 300W In that space.

Alternatively use that tent for veg and get another setup for flower.

Full spectrum LED without any fancy crap will produce a perfect grow with the highest quality buds possible.

Get PPFD Meter app on your phone and use it as a light meter. Give light so plants get correct DLI.

Welcome aboard. You should be able to grow four plants in that space. It might be a bit crowded at the end though. Run the lights full spectrum. Use the bigger pots, will they be cloth or something else? If the manufacturer cannot provide any guidance, for veg, start your lights at 24" above the canopy, watch your plant. If leaf tips curl down and turn brown the light is too close. For flower, look at your seed supplier's grow guide and watch your plants. When the flower period begins lower the light to about 18" and watch the plants. If you haven't already, look at the GWE web site for more guidance for setup, grow conditions, light recommendations, etc.

Thank you all for your advice, it has helped a huge amount. I will begin in a couple of weeks and I have no doubt I'll be back again asking for help soon enough.
