HELP! New Grower Needs Help Please!

Hello Fellow Cannabis Growers and Lovers;

I’m a new grower, and I’m currently growing one sativa and one Indica plant. I am having an issue with my Indica plant particularly, and any advice would be appreciated. Thank you in advance!

For reference, I am using Fox Farm Ocean Forest soil, and half of what the FF trio nutes directs to use. Furthermore, to test the ph, I’m using this liquid form of ph up/down, and do my best to get it between 6.5 and 7; while keeping humidity in the 50s and temps in the 70s. However, as one can see the Indica plant has some discoloration. I have checked for pests and don’t see any. Therefore I’m thinking it could be one of many things; Maybe it’s just a bad seed? Or the ph is off? And if so, is there a better method to accurately test Ph? (I think) I’ve seen other growers even pump air into their water, maybe this would help?

Nonetheless, I’d like to try to save her, so any help or guidance would be much appreciated! Thank you!

Ph is a bit off - should be between 5.5 and 6.5 - could be nutrient lockout or needs calcium/magnesium.
Get a meter to test your water every time you feed your plants. Or litmus paper.
Good luck growing.

On the main GWE site Nebula shows pH info and options, everybody has their preferred method. The cheap yellow pH meters aren't known to last very long. Some strains are known to need more of certain nutes, like cal-mag. What are you growing? Good luck.

Did you spill any water on your leaves. It looks kind of like that when it is left there when the lights are on.

It is probably the pH so I would pursue that first. Like Canuck147 said get a reliable method to test pH and stay with it. I just use drops as a primary test and litmus paper for a backup if something seems off.
