New grower needing help.

So I have these balls next to the stem by the nodes and I’m not sure if I’m doing something wrong. I have a Vivosun 20x30x63 tent, 100w LED light (just switched to 12/12), using happy frogs ocean forest soil, fox farms grow big, big bloom and tiger bloom.

Heres a pic of what im looking at.

That’s normal, nothing to be worried about, it’s just where the stem has separates and if topping then you would leave a slightly longer cut on the stem to allow room for that bulging to happen so as to avoid any splitting of the node.
