Need HELP with flowering stage!

Hey experts,
I need some help determining what to do with my plants as this is the first time growing. We're about 2 weeks into flowering and we've noticed the first development of bud on the tops of two out of our 4 plants, but after looking online they look like male plants (yet below the growth it looks like female pistons?) Can someone confirm this?? Also if they are male, are there any steps to take early on that could salvage them? Also at what point should we remove those male plants in case they pollenate the females?

Any help is much appreciated!

I would say it's definitely male. Nothing worth smoking. Chop it down anytime you want, unless you want to make seeds with the other plants you have, if you have any.
That's the reason I buy feminized seeds, don't wanna waste my time and effort growing a male.

Definitely 100% male. If you didn't want seeds, you probably should have removed them about 2 weeks ago. At that stage they have probably already released quite a bit of pollen. They're pretty developed for just being in flower for 2 weeks.

And Dan, make sure you clean the grow area extremely well, because pollen can stick around and pollinate the next batch of plants.
