My plants have weird spots

Can anyone tell me what these spots are please getting a little worried as there only 4 weeks into veg

I can't tell very well, but that looks like where some nutrient water might have splashed on your leaves.

Its all over but very little amounts and also there is a tear in one leaf

Still looks like where nutrient water might have splashed on them to me.
But I'm not positive, how does the new growth look, ok.?
When you say all over, do you mean it's on all the leaves ?
Is it possible to show a picture without the HPS, being on , ? It's hard to tell, unless it's in natural light.
