Monster Cropping before 14 days of bloom

Hello all. My Purple Urkle plant is a very good growing specimen, and this is my last bean from this Herbies strain. I have 20 nice colas and was thinking about monster cropping a couple of them for clones. The plant is on 11 days of bloom. I have never tried monster cropping, but I would sure like to save this strain for a while longer. Any tips from my forum friends that monster crop their plants?

Take some of the small side branches for clones,I wouldn't cut the main branch, how do you plan on cloning them??

I was planning on taking a couple of the side branches off for the clones. They are two of the 20 tops I have formed from my manifold. They will have at least 7 nodes on each branch with a budlet formed on top of each branch. I was planning on rooting them in DI water and a root stimulator. What you think Gator?

Sounds like a plan to me,aloe makes a great rooting agent,if you have one, honey works good also, save yourself a few bucks when you can right 👍

That's the way I live my life, mostly anyway! Thanx Gator, I don't have the aloe, but I have honey in my veins. Give it a sugar BUZZ!

I like this plant's structure and vigorous growth so much that I'm thinking at harvest time to monster crop the mother plant, then make her re- veg. If I have enough plant material left on the branches to get a good re-veg.

I was thinking about doing something like that with the Alaskan thunderfuck, harvest the mom, but leave a little something to reveg and clone, her clones look better than she does 😂

Hello Gator. I got my clones started today. If we get the opportunity to monster crop our mother plant so we can re-veg, maybe we should stay in touch about the progress?

It will be close to another 2 months before I can try to re-veg the mother. I am excited to try the re-veg process!

Hello all. How much foliage would you recommend leaving on the mother plant after harvest for re-veg? It seems to me that a person should plan on the re-veg when you start the plant. What I mean is, leaving a little extra foliage on during the trim process for the re-veg. The plant I am wanting to re-veg won't have much extra foliage to leave behind, just bud. I lollipop early on!
