Little leaf

Hi. I'm new to this. Have a few plants just recently sprouted. But one of the rounded leaves on one is deformed and yellow. Plant seems to still grow but the leaf isn't changing. I may have been guilty of over watering so am leaving them dry out a bit. Any help is greatly appreciated

Watch the new growth, the little rounded leaves will die and fall off (leave them there) water in a circle around the plant so the roots reach out to it.
