Lots of perlite, so glad to see that. I would fill up to the brim with more soil to support that long thin stem. DO NOT over water. Have a gentle breeze blowing over tops. When leaves reach edges of cup, time to transplant and top or LST.

Do what insom said and I might add. Some light 18/6. I can't overstate DON'T OVERWATER. 1tbls. at a time.

Just A basic T8 shop light 6000 K bulbs. Waiting to put them under my t5 4 foot light fixture
