Is this the beginning of bud rot?

Hello I'm in the flowering stage of my indoor plant.
some of the leaves are getting fuzzy on the tips it looks like mold, could this be bud rot?

Is mold or web? You have a lot of spots on the leaves that makes me think it oculd be mites, but have never seen spider mites just build on the tips. I grow in water, but it looks lie you may be over feeding just a tad also.

I'm looking at the white spots on the leaves. Have you checked for bugs? That webby business along with the white spots on the leaves might be spider mites...

I use 91% ISO 50/50 with water, spray the under side the the top, soak em good! do this every second day for 3 treatments then watch close. You can use spinosad as well, same way. either kills the adults on contact, then the eggs hatch.
If outside once the first treatment is done add ladybugs, or even just add ladybugs!
