We can't tell if this is light burn or potassium deficiency or what

You'll need to provide much more details on your grow such as what is the pH going in and out? What type of light are you using? What is the distance from the top of the plants to the light? Growing medium etc etc

Hi Cookie, welcome to forum! I agree with Ergot: it will help the experts if you provide required information. It may be nutrient lockout if your pH is off.
