Indoor cherry

I am growing indoors for the first time but not my first grow . I started all of my ladies several months outdoors until I was loaned 4000watts of hps . I never have been the type to just have someone else do what I call set up and it took 3 times before I can say done now due to I was not worried about plant height. I thought that I would have it made but the first 2 weeks were not as good I never had problems with outdoor besides aminamals eating my plants. Thanks to all who put this info together because I would have nut burned everything due to not having seen heat or light stress before. Now my problem is humidity and temperature during the day the room I have is 24 Sq feet but it's in a steel building that is 30 by 60 I believe what kind of dehumidifier would be able to get the job done and what would be the next step for light up grade from 4 1000watt high-pressure I was thinking of conversion bulbs with led for veg and the enhanced hps with double ends and legs for flower but I don't know what is to much
