Any help please what’s causing this

Kinda hard to tell from chopped off leaves - third pic looks like fungal gnats and the other weepy looking leaves looks like overwatering.

If you would like a more definitive answer we need all your information - including pics of the whole plant.

Have you recently transplanted? I have one plant that took it hard when I did last week and leaves match yours to a tee

As Canuck said, we need more info and pics (please don't take them under the purple led). It looks like you have pests chewing on the leaves though for sure.
