Heat stress

I have an outdoor plant in the ground ....recent heat wave damaged it .do i cut off the damage or leave it on the plant ?

Please post a pic we can't tell you much without a picture of damaged plant. Tell us how old it is and strain if you know, what your feeding it too. Lots of details

When it turns brown, cut it down. Heat stress or any other reason alike.
