Have buds or not have buds

This plant is 6 weeks in to flower. This is my fist grow and i had some trouble but one plant looks good (not this one) Can anyone tell me if this plant is worth keeping at this point. She looks nothing like the good plant.

A little more bud is better then a little less bud. My thoughts but it's yours.
