Guerilla amendments

I've been growing inside for years and about to go back to guerilla growing.Ive picked up blood meal,bone meal,worm castings,lime,and epsom salt.Im looking for some kelp meal bit probably gonna have to order it.Im trying to figure out if anyone can help out with the amounts or a close proximity.Im adding a small bag of soil also.

This is maybe something D.A.A.S.69 can help with but I think he said he would sometimes just stick a fish in the bottom of the hole.
