Gone

No, never had bears do any serious damage. Every now and then one will come through and spread trash all over and they have destroyed a few bird feeders to get to the seeds, but that's about it. The bird is a Red Tailed hawk , wish i could have gotten a better pic of that one.
 
Nice,red tailed hawk are beautiful, I've always wanted to get a falcon,reds are legal, but you have to trap your first bird permit, just need to hit the lottery so I can afford to do it riight 👍
 
Nice. The bears around here are waking up now. Had one of the bird feeders down the other night. In the spring they come around two or three times a month. This was a screenshot from a video last year of a big one. My wife squirts them with the hose to get rid of them. Actually had a sow with 5 cubs come through last year. No hunting season in CT so they have absolutely no fear of humans.

Well it's been a little over a month now.:smile: Finally started over on the 1st., lousy weather last month.:sad-frown: Started using a diffuser and essence oils.Peppermint, lemongrass, eucalyptus, cinnamon and lavender. Sure makes the room smell good!:smile: No sign of mice:wink:, but to be safe I made wire screen cages to go around the new plants.;) Happy growing.......:joy::joy:
