Can't separate the 1 plant that is done from the other one that still has 3 weeks to go. Thease are blue dream auto.
. How do I stop the dying roots not to affect the other plant till its done?

I agree with Stanky: I usually have 2 or 3 plants sharing a reservoir, and they're never done at the same time. The reservoir hasn't had a problem with a few extra roots hanging around after I harvest one plant.
