Je n'arrive pas a savoir ce quelle a ma culture de grandit plus et est entrain de fanir et tout ces feuilles finissent par mourir

Malheureusement je nes pas tout ces détails je sais juste que je l'arrose une a deux fois par jours elle a 18 de jours et 6 de nuit je lui mets toujours le meme engrais et ml dans l'eau

Sounds like it might be over watered. Let it dry out. Is the medium wet or moist about 1 knuckle deep on your index finger? If it is wet or moist wait until it's dry before its watered again.

Without knowing more details etc, my first thought was it's too wet. If the pot is heavy as, then best to let her dry out a bit, then recheck the basics.

Humidity looks too low. Should be up at 50 - 60% at this stage of veg I'd have thought. Leaves are drying out.
