CFL light Spectrum for growing clones! 6500k or 2700k

I've read all I can find with conflicting information as to the best light (CFL) spectrum when cloning.
Generally you are taking a clone from the veg cycle (6500k) or the early onset of flowering cycle (2700k).
I use a space bucket with one CFL -so adding one of each is not a viable option.
Any thoughts as to what makes sense, because each spectrum has been listed as the best?

I would mix some 6500Ks and 5000Ks 50/50 for veg and 5000Ks with 2700Ks two 2700Ks to each 5000K for flowering.

6500k gets the growth hormones busy as long as they're receiving sufficient lighting hours to promote growth

I decided to swap out the CFL with a low watt (18w) LED full spectrum hydroponic grow light.
I stay away from LED for clones as they are too intense, but hopefully the very low wattage will work.

6500 HO for veg through Week 3. We then put a 84X Penetrator Pro on her from Week 4 veg through harvest.
