HELP! BROWN SPOTS NEAR PLANT TIP! Think my plants might be getting sick 😷

I was just wondering if anyone has any insight on what this might be as well as any solutions to fix. Started noticing small brown parts near the tip of the leaf.

You feeding or just watering? How bout a pic of the whole plant what I can see looks alright. I'll post a pic I got an idea...

I dumped nutrient water on the bottom leaves.

I have just been watering them for now. Had them in potting soil since March 1.

When I water I try and picture where the roots would be at their time in life and try not to go past that. I use a 40 ml syringe and sometimes just shoot the water under the surface of the soil. Works better than pouring water on it. Gets where you want it to get and go.
