I will share my opinion on the subject of Co2 and lights based on my understanding on the broad field of plant science. However i can only provide information on what to look for with lights regarding Co2 implementation and not the products themselves.
In order for cannabis to benefit from Co2, there needs to be a saturation level of light where light no longer becomes the limiting factor, but Co2 does. This is because if there is not enough light to saturate the light independant reactions, then the concentration level of Co2 in leaves does not exhaust. Meaning any increase in Co2 has no effect on the photosynthetic efficiency.
Cannabis has been shown to start becoming co2 limited at around 500umols. Which means a light source would need to provide photon flux levels higher than 500umols per square meter for Co2 to start becoming beneficial. For reference, 400 watt sodium discharge provides roughly 500umol per square meter. Which is not enough light to saturate the light independant reactions for Co2 to become beneficial. 600 watt sodium discharge provides roughly 900umols per square meter. This is the stage where light energy saturates enough for Co2 to become beneficial.
As you may may have noticed i mention all metrics in PAR units, this is because photometric units such as lumens are not reliable metrics for assesing LED lights. You may want to look at some of my articles for further clarification on these related subjects.
To asses the viable use of Co2 supplimentation with certain LED products, you are going to want to find the lights metric values in PPF. Some manufactureres are starting to provide these values, however most do not because it would show how poor their products actually are. Its a sad but true fact that most of the cheap LED products on the market, underperform in comparison to gas discharge technology. As such many manufacturers skew or even lie about the performance of their products. Even their equivalent wattages is unreliable data. With many i have seen, well underperform and measure less than what their advertised values state. For example your phlizon 600w has has no relation to the value 600w, whatsoever. They state its equivalent to a 400w MH/HPS however i would wager that at 100W input thats a complete lie. Even with the best efficient diodes at 3umol per watt, that would still not be enough to compare with 400w gas discharge.
