I think it has something to do with post count, maybe also if others 'like' your posts. Yesterday I had no orange bars. Today I have two!!
On another note related to user avatars, mine is the first white pistil hair that I found on my first and current grow. It was an exciting day to find my first female (using bag seed). I woke hubby from a nap to come and have a look. I had to take a picture of it!
And speaking of my first female discovery here is a picture of her taken today, I think about one month later.
