HELP! 3 months and still no defined gender. Why?

Hello, everyone!
My plants are three months old and they haven't defined their gender yet.
They are outdoor plants. They grew way bigger than usual. They are in separate vases and I use the same seeds, the same vases and the same earth I usually use.
Does anybody know what is happening?
Have you guys seen this happening before?
Thanks for the help! :-)

Less light will bring on the flowering outdoor or indoor. Less than 12hrs of light but you still want strong direct sunshine and temps above 78f.

Yes, they have started flowering. Word of advice, don't ask for help and then argue about the answers. I clearly see pistils, as well as buds at the beginning stage of development.
