Of course it will depend on what kind of effect you're going for, but IMHO it looks like they both have some time left. Fan leaves do that when you're getting close in some strains, but it doesn't indicate maturity as well as the trichomes.

I have 2 girls who look like this and 2 that are fine? Germinated in paper towels on 3/26, planted in Big Rootz on 3/31, broke soil on 4/2. Growing under Vivar spectra LEDs at about 28" above the tops. Really appreciate any help with this one.
