M3 is clearly a female and is really proud. I didn't start flower on the best of circumstances. I just threw them into my flower tent with no training just for sex determination. I think this plant will be my number 1 mother.
F2...........F2...............F freaking 2...........is a MALE!!!!!!!!!! Gobs of BALLS! Balls everywhere!! F2 is a male. The bottom of F2 has branches and F2 wasn't trained so I'm going to collect his pollen.
Ok these are the clones and F2 and I bet you can't pick out F2. Let me give you a hint, she's on the top row. The only reason I'm sending them in flower so quickly is to find sex so I don't kill the mothers from under watering them. I don't want to transplant the parent plants because I don't...
So I have a smallie 4X2 Vivosun tent with 2 Two foot T-5 4 bulb fixtures with 4 isunlight Agroled bloom bulbs in each fixture. I have clip fan on the right and I have an ipower 6 inch inline fan with speed controller and an ipower carbon filter attached and this thing rocks even at the lowest...
Cutting update: Cutting M1 has a root coming out of it's cup and now it has become a clone:joy:. I didn't see any roots at the bottom of the other cups so in 2 more days I'll have hardened these plants so then I'll permanently remove the dome. Hopefully the roots will grow faster as the medium...
Ok F1 on the left is 4 weeks old and on the right is F2 at 3 weeks old and is looking a lot bigger than when it started. The temperature in my grow tent is at 90F during the day and 88F at night and I keep my RH at around 60 to 65%.
So left to right is F1 then M1,2, and 3 cutting and the tray is really wet in there so I'm slowly opening the vents to allow moisture to escape because if I don't I'm afraid the cutting stems will rot and I've seen where it delays root production if the cuttings stay too wet. This is day 5 in...
So it's been 5 days since my last post and my 4 topped plants have recovered and the internodes have grown a bit. As far as watering goes, F1 to the very left, it's cup is very light but M1,2, and 3 look dry but when lifting their cup it feels half full so I'll go another day and then check them...
So here's the clone lineup and all labeled according to corresponding parent for easy reference. I hope they're all female but if there's a male I hope it's super bushy, smells strong, and has a lot of pollen sacks and then I'll keep the pollen but if not I'll toss it. So this concludes my posts...
This is the clone aftermath and the medium was bone dry so I guess they're root bound. Now I will water them every other day to keep the roots healthy until the sexual identity reveal.
F1 is 3 weeks old and M1, 2, and 3 are 3 weeks old also so I jumped and cut clones off of them. I put my root powder in a pill bottle to keep the rest that I don't use fresh.
F2 is now 2 weeks old and I have figured what to do with her. I've taken some clones and when they finally have roots I'll start her in bloom with them to not only see gender but to finish them also. So F2 will go full cycle unless it's a male, then it dies.
This is an update on little F2, she is barely an inch tall and will be 2 weeks old on Wednesday 07-22-2020. She hasn't even drank hardly any water from when I first watered her when I planted her as a seed sprout. Which means I haven't watered her in nearly 2 weeks and her medium is still wet as...
And my rooting powder, I get 100% clones with this. In my last grow I cloned 6 clones and kept 4 just to find out they were all male. Maybe I should've kept the pollen because the plants had a heavy mint smell but I tossed them.
This is my dehumidifier I bought from lowes and it works great even with my window open and a fan blowing 24/7 venting air inside my grow room where my 2 tents are, my tents RH is also 60%. I use the condensed water to water my plants. The condensed water's Ph is 7.03 and the TDS-3 meter reads...
Week 2 for M1, M2, and M3. M1 has some inter node branching, a lot more than M2 and M3 and I treat all 3 plants the same and wait till they're thirsty to water them. M1 is just way ahead. I can clone M2 but I want to wait till I can clone F1 and all 3 M's together in maybe 2 more weeks. The...
This is the side view of week old F2 and is lagging way behind in growth and development than the others. I think just an unlucky seed but out of curiosity I'll think I'll hold on to it until the 4th week just to see what it looks like then.
