Hey Growers,
Vbulletin (the software this forum runs on) issued an emergency security patch and it seems that this patch is disrupting some of the forum's primary functions.
If you're experiencing any issues using the forum, such as problems uploading pictures, please reply with your...
Howdy Growers,
Yesterday, the forum was taken offline by an attempt to hack the forum. I say "attempt" because they didn't access anyone's information and instead tried (unsuccessfully) to place affiliate links for Hulu into all previously existing posts. 🤷â€â™‚ï¸
How were they able to do...
I just wanted to thank everyone on the forum who helps out by flagging spam. You never signed up for the job, but I deeply appreciate that you do it anyway. Thank you! 🤘
Hey Everyone!
Many of you have run into issues using private messaging. We've had people working on it for a while but unfortunately, PMs are still just as broken. To that end...
The forum will be taken offline on Thursday (3/5/20) so we can make a backup before we update the forum software...
Seriously, thanks for flagging all those spam posts. There were so many flags I actually laughed out loud. 😄
On another note, Nebula and I have been testing cloning methods so we can beef up the cloning page. It's nothing formal; we're just trying to see if one method stands out as being...
Welcome back, growers!

Wow! I've never seen anything like that!
At first glace, it looks like the work of a European corn borer; they burrow into your stem and leave (what I assume is) their poop on the outside.
The stuff on your stem looks different so I think you might be dealing with a different problem...
That first pic is ultra stealthy! Maybe it's just me, but it seems like that plant could easily be mistaken for mint until you're right up in front of it.
Dr. Grinspoon is another strain that can look really weird, too. I've seen growers get totally normal looking colas, but they can also look...
That's definitely a predicament you have there! Cutting off the roots will severely limit the growth for weeks, but even if you cut off the bottom of the net pot you'd still be left with the nightmarish task of weaving the roots through the new net pot.
So the first thing is, you never want to...
A grower sent in a few pics of this bug and I have no idea what it is; this could be a pest or it could be a beneficial insect. Admittedly, as an indoor grower my pest knowledge is a bit lacking, but maybe you know what it is!
