I'm starting some new seeds, Northern Lights autoflower. I've read that 100 to 200 on a par meter is good for starting seedlings. I have a Viparspectra 450. At 40" it reads at 190 at center to 140 at the sides with a Hydrofarm quantum par meter. Is that too much?

Just to recap I transplanted last week at 35 days old from a dixie cup of Fox farm Happy Frog into 2 gall smart type pot Fox Farms Ocean mix soil last week on the 22nd and watered till some runoff out the bottom. I was told the FF ocean has 3 weeks of nutes in it. No watering till the 25th...

Happy to be here amongst ya'll. Look's like I'm diving into this headfirst. Just bought my first seeds ever. Not to say I've never grown, just with bagseeds. Speaking of which, I've got 2 going rite now in a 3'x 2" tent. First grow tent also. I was told they came from an Indica strain, who knows...
