This is my second grow, recently I have had too much info about lights. My first grow I had three plants with three lights, everything turned out good. This time I have 3 & 3 again, been told too much light hurts plants, what ya;ll think.

Can I use one light per plant or get one for 3 plants, cost is important to keep low?
