unwanted flowering
i'm looking for some advice i've never seen this before the 2 strains are green crack and blue cheese the plants are 3 weeks old and have started to grow buds lighting is 400w metal hylide on 18hr cycle timers have been double checked any help would be greatly appreciated- phil
