Understood. One of the reasons my soil grows didn't work out was I couldn't get it in my head that the nutrients were being used up during veg and I wasn't feeding correctly during bloom.
I started in FF soil and FF nutrients. It didn't work out well. I switched to coco/perlite 5050 blend. Have grown using that medium for 5-6 years. I switched to CX Horticulture nutrients when I went with coco and have used them ever since. I grow in the autopot system but I have grown out a...
Those big harvests are fun @Allotrope1000. My one and only outdoor grow resulted in 4 or 5 five gallon buckets full of nugs. At the time one could buy a five gallon bucket with a built in hygrometer and a little flap to burp the bucket. I bought one just for grins. It worked just fine but so...
1. Yes.
2. Adjust your tap water to .4 EC then adjust the PH. I use 6.0 to flush
3. See above :)
4. After the flush let the pot drain. Then immediately water it again with a slightly milder nutrient solution, let that drain, check that runoff and you should be good to go.
It's OK to use...
The most likely reason the runoff EC/PH is high is because the built up salts from your nutrient solution are not thoroughly washed out. The flush needs more volume. Increase it to at least 2x (Preferably 3x) the volume of your grow pot. I don't think at this point I would do it again though...
When a feminized seed produces a cola that makes seeds without pollination from a male plant that is self-pollination from hermaphroditism. Commonly referred to as a hermie. Hermies happen from environmental stress factors, like light extremes, high differences btwn lights on and lights off...
I understand about the seeds. I live in a legal state but was paranoid at first. Buy your sees from a reputable online retailer. No one will come knocking. GWE recommends several. I use a couple of them and also Mandala Seeds. You really want to start with the best seeds that you can.
Your...
Hello @eatyourhartout Welcome Aboard. It's easy to say that you need better equipment etc., to increase your yields but you might not need anything. Autos don't produce as much per plant for me as photo plants. Have you been growing autos? Your grow environment is also important and affects...
I'm happy to try and help. I'd keep the EC the same for the 2nd feed and keep watching the plant. Raise it slowly until you reach your target EC. I like 1.7 max for veg. A little higher for bloom but each cultivar is different. If you start to see burnt tips, back off the strength of your...
It's hard to say how often MJ plants should be watered because each plant is different and the requirements of various grow mediums is different. Growing in coco, when transplanting sprouts I like to saturate the medium and then go from there. When I say saturate I mean that. Get the medium wet...
Do you have a jewelers loupe? Take a look at the trichomes. They will tell you when it's time to harvest. There are several articles and tutorials on the GWE web site about when to harvest.
Here's one:

Seeds can stay viable for quite a while. A zip lock bag will work. Seeds should be stored in a cool dark and dry place. I prefer a glass container and a drawer in a closet for seed storage but a zip lock bag works just fine. That's a cool pic.
I started overstocking last year when the law changed. I have a few more seeds to buy before November. I should have enough to keep me growing for a few years. Overstock, right?;)
The U.S. Congress has the power to change the law, if they will.
Grow that seed. Doesn't happen often in plants...
If your seeds really are autos (sometimes there are mix ups) and they started May 28 they are probably at the end of their grow cycle. I'd finish it out, harvest, dry and cure it. Go through the process as @Ckbrew suggests.
Hi @Jolene319 Welcome Aboard. Tell us about your grow set up. Lights, temps, RH, grow medium/method, nutrients, etc. How old are your plants? What strain are they?
