Hi im a first time grower and managed to get my sanfran sour dough’s to 12 weeks and for some reason are all at different stages. We’ve had really sunny weather the last month but are now forecast wind and rain for the next few weeks. Am I better harvesting now or let them take a battering...- Tbonesteak
