Forced into a worse setup

Trying to do these plants right
I've been trying to grow some plants for the past 4 weeks now. Strain: Chemdawg; 8 plants Set-up: Grow Tent 4X6X6, 8 T5 HO 54w bulbs in overhead fixture, Medium: Soil, little bit of miracle gro, water no extra nutes.
