is it necessary to thoroughly soak my growing medium before I use it to germinate?
do I have to thoroughly water and soak my growing medium before I use if I am going to use it to germinate my seed in it ( I am using soil) and then wait for it to be moist but not soaking for me to use it to germinate? thanks- james2344
