Do these look ready to harvest? Going into week 11 (from seed) northern light strain. I have a jewelers loupe but really can't tell if the trichromes are clear or cloudy ? This is my first grow.

First time grower, growing nothern light auto, in coco coir, 250w hps, 1 out of 4 plants has no buds at 9 weeks. I posted a picture of all four plants. The other 3 plants are covered with buds. Should I remove this plant from the grow tent? Is it too late to get buds to form? I'm following the...
