is it ok to use Method one on a 44 day old plant at 1/4 or 1/2 strength, just as a preventive i have'nt seen anything- underground organics

My plant is 44 days old and i was wondering would it be safe to start using method 1 @ half dose as a preventitve. i run the no til method and do not have any problems just want to keep it that way.- underground organics
