4x4 is a great size, I'd suggest a cheap 600w MH/HPS wing kit then pair it with a 100cm Secret Jardin Daisy reflector. Since you won't be dealing with extreme heat you won't need an air-cooled reflector. Here's an idea of what one looks like hanging in a 4x4 over 6 plants (and 4 little clones in...
Still no cloners with roots? I figured at least a couple people would have roots leaving plugs by now. It looks like my method may not leave me too many days behind.
Here's my likeliest contender, Alaskan Purple showing loads of baby nubs.
Miniature Strawberry Cheesecake auto freebie. It started flowering at day 18 so I leaned it over instead of topping and it never stretched, just turned into a super frosty little bonsai. She's only 10-11" from soil to tip of tallest cola. This girl was a seed in the package 47 days ago.
The tent is still a mess and the plants had a hard month being cramped and going longer than expected in small pots not to mention trying to learn what 8 different strains like as far as light, training, defoliating, nutrients, etc. It does look a bit better though and now I can give them a bit...
Not to scare you but I did this last night. Look closely where the two main branches of my topped Alaskan Purple split on me when I got on a roll and screwed up. I already had them tied down weeks ago but was tightening tie downs and didn't pay attention to the fact that it was one of the top...
I can show you lots of supercropping and how the plant grows after. Is there anything in particular you would like to see? I am in the process of tying and doing a little bit of supercropping right now. I'm taking a break at the moment.
Lemon Auto's sacs are growing. Tonight or tomorrow I will be isolating this one from the group and putting it under it's own light and no fan until the sacs begin to open.
Strawberry Cheesecake yesterday and today before it's final spraying. I will isolate this one as well in a couple more...
And this is what it looks like as of now with the autos out and new reflector with 600w MH in. I'm finally going to get to do some more training as I get them ready to flip soon.
My new reflector FINALLY came in! It took a month to get here between the delays and then the wrong model came so I had to ship it back and then wait again through the holidays but it finally showed up this afternoon. I can finally get the autoflowers out of my tent and get ready to flower the...
Here's a shot of the Lemon Auto today. The nanners have gotten a bit larger and are easily seen without magnification now. I am not spraying this plant anymore. I sprayed this plant 3-5 pumps every day for 14 days to get here.
Here's a shot of the Strawberry Cheesecake, it's starting to look...
I've been misting once or twice daily still and we clearly have tiny nanners on the Lemon Auto branch, the Strawberry Cheesecake branch is developing really slowly and I wish I would have chosen a bigger branch but oh well, I'm not going to start a new spray site now. We should get a tiny flower...
I'm going to keep it real simple and lazy this time. I just cut a few small clones, dipped them in Hormex #1 powder then straight into 6.5pH tap water in the brand new KFC Custom Clone Propagation Station. If they root, I plan to choose one or two for the grow off and the rest will be given away...
I didn't realize it had been so long since the last post. The plants are both flowering now and I've been spraying them once or twice daily. Here's the newest pictures from last night, still can't see anything happening.
I ended up with a very welcome surprise that I was definitely not expecting. Since it was Christmas and we had so much going on, I only gave a quick once over to the grow this morning and nothing needed tending to so I closed it up for the day. Well now that everything has wound down, I go to...
A quick shot of the 2 ladies and then a close up of each branch that has been sprayed just before this morning's spraying.
I'll try to get better close up shots in a day or two.
