So I have a single mars 300 watt led light inside of a 36/36/62 inch tent will this be enough for a single plant grow operation?

I am about to flip my plant. I have the timer set to turn on at 7:30 am to 1:30 am I am planning on giving the plant 24 hours of complete darkness and I was wondering what I should be settting my timers to once I put the lights back on

I have a 7 week old plant that has been manifolded it is starting to show signs of pre flower (female) and was wondering if I would be able to flip it at week 8 or would waiting til week 9 be a better idea?
