My (canine) best friend of 17 years had a stroke earlier in the week. Took her to vet and they recommended euthanasia but I pushed for a few days worth of meds to keep her comfortable so I could see if she will improve.
She has gotten much better over past 3 days but gets overconfident and...
Day 3 - with the heating pad on I'm getting in the dome temps around 31C with lights on. Too high?
Some plants were visibly wet (even though I'm not spraying plants directly anymore) so I opened vents.
Still wet after a couple more hours so I took lid off completely.
Planning to put lid back...
Didnt take any photos but harvested 1 of 2 jack in the 3x3. Looks really frosty.
The remaining plant seemed to be a little more sensitive to light and foxtailed a lot. So now it has the light raised and I'm hoping it will finish in 1-2 weeks.
MJ is starting to fade and looking pretty
I...
Alright ladies and gentlemen it's day 2 for mid to right. Sprayed dome only and filled base of tray with 350ppm 6.4 ph water right to the base of tray that the rooters sit in.
Starting to feel like it might work this time around!
Thanks again all
Took a bunch more clones tonight.
on the left i have the original 5-6 which must be close to a week old and drooping as you can see.
In the mid I have 5-6 gorilla zkittlez or mokums tulip. They went in 6.4 ph water within a few secs after getting cut and then rapid rooters soaked in same
On...
Another set of clones about 6 days in and heading towards death most likely 😞
they are starting to droop more and more each day. Seem to be perky after night (see above) but basically falling over by the time it's almost ready for lights to go off
It's a 35w 2 foot T5 light on a 18/6...
Starting to see some amber on the colas in back of 3x3:
Going to watch closely over coming days and might even decide to harvest most mature buds by Monday or Tuesday.
Anyone think this would be a bad idea/they should go longer?
I am thinking i should go for less amber and mostly cloudy...
Started feeding MJ (right) 1g/gal sweet candy only a couple days ago. Planning to let her go for another 2-4 weeks.
The other two Jack Herer are also being flushed:
Enjoy the day ✌
Looking good first morning after flip. Ended up removing a minor amount of fan leaves from the shortest/busiest plants but otherwise left everyone alone.
Still need to get better at planning bud sites/canopy but doing my best. May try a trellis net next grow.
Tomorrow I'm planning to take 1-3...
Hard to believe but I think they're basically ready to flip already.
I'm thinking I will get rid of all major fan leaves tonight and then maybe 3 days to recover before I flip.
What do you think?
MJ and the Bruce twins still loving life
One of the other two in the 3x3 is turning into what looks like a big yield of really frosty amazing looking nugs:
But the plant in the front is a bit of a letdown so far. Really airy and leafy bud structure.
Is it foxtailing from too much...
Looking good with some of the biggest fan leaves I've grown. One more day before they get split up. It will be 3 tulip and a zkittlez in one half of 8x4 and 4 zkittlez in the other half.
All 5 zkittlez and the last tulip will get topped tomorrow night. The two biggest tulips are doing well...
First two are looking great aside from a few rust spots. Think the ph pen was a little off for a few days. Recalibrated
The plant in the front has much less dense nugs all over but developing ok. Looks a little foxtailed (?) or maybe that's how some buds are because I had one like that in...
Thanks guys. I regret not doing it just below 4th node now because she is just so much taller than her peers but leaving her alone like you both suggest.
I topped the biggest Mokum's Tulip at 5th node when it had 6 going on 7 nodes. Now I'm thinking I should have topped above 3rd node because the distance between 3 and 4 is so big in comparison to 1-3. See photo
do you think I should have topped just below 4th node instead?
if so, would it...
In case it wasn't clear when I tried to explain the triple heat sink/space between lights
If you have a double heat sink instead of triple the boards are side by side/light is more concentrated in centre
Everyone is doing well for the most part. Some were maybe exposed to a little too much light because nodes are really close.
One Gorilla Zkittlez is twisted/deformed:
Largest Mokum's Tulip looks like it will have a beautiful structure and getting closer to being topped:
Everyone is getting...
Gave MJ a few days to recover before doing some more defoliation. Will most likely take some more over coming days and then tuck until harvest. What do you think?
