From 1st glance it looks to be a heat stress issue but if ur heat is constistant at roughly 75 in veg it's not that. It could be a root problem/virus/pest issue. A pH issue wil give u discolored or shinny leaves that dnt grow normal they will twist. I think it's a root problem water it with this solution 1/4cup hydrogen peroxide to 500ml water and ph to 5.5 to lower ur soil ph as well at the same time. If u have good drainage flush ur system with this mixture
