Do you try to "Grow Easy" or "Grow More"? Soil vs Coco vs Hydro

Am I right in assuming that I would need about 9 bags or 130 litre or 34 gallons or 360 pound of total soil as a minimum to achieve do it yourself Super Soil. The amount seems large for a small grower. That's like a garbage can size. This seems to be a minimum amount needed to get the soil to 'Cook' with development. What say you that have been there?

Need2Know,
I believe your number is off. Your liter to gallons calculation is correct, but 360 POUNDS!?!
If you have a local hydro store, call them with the number of pots and size you have, the grow medium you want to purchase and have them recommend how many bags.
I just cleaned up 12 x 7 gallon pots of dry, 50/50 coco/perlite for my winter grow. I doubt if all 12 pots, 84 gallons, combined weighed 50 pounds. Somethings off.

Ok. Pounds of soil is kind of arbitrary. The big deal as far as I can tell, is you need to make a lot of soil up to achieve the 'Cooking' needed for Super Soil. If 34 gallons is right, and you use 5 gallon pots, that's roughly 7 five gallon pots. The point is, for someone like me, who grows 2 plants at a time, I have no chance at making my own Super Soil, unless I want to have 1/2 a garbage can full of used soil stored around some place for future use. Super soil for weed is expensive by the bag around where I live, and it's hard to get. That's something no one points out. Unless of course, I'm wrong. 🤷‍♂️
