Hi @Jolene319 Welcome Aboard. Tell us about your grow set up. Lights, temps, RH, grow medium/method, nutrients, etc. How old are your plants? What strain are they?
Hello, I am using the Vivosun complete standard grow tent 2x2x4 it came with all the LED lamps and Etc, I’m using Foxfarm big bloom trip for nutrients I’m using fox farm ocean forest potting soil, I got seeds from seed supreme, that’s Khalifa Kush and I started it 5/28/26

Thank you, I did read and study the Groweasy beginners guide 1st, The light watts is I think is a full spectrum 100w-645W I had it dimmed to 75% should I put it on 100%Start here:

How much longer do you think I should wait to harvest or should I harvest ASAP so they can start drying?

Do you have a jewelers loupe? Take a look at the trichomes. They will tell you when it's time to harvest. There are several articles and tutorials on the GWE web site about when to harvest.

They are not ready for harvest. Finish the grow to completion, that is how you learn. The answers you seek can be found in the "Start here:" world. You can find it directly at the bottom of the site page on the right. Under quick links click on growing basics and the others.

Hello Jolene. In my opinion auto flowers are a bigger challenge than photo period plants for a new grower. Good luck

The answers you seek are really on the GWE website. Please check it out.
That said. I grow XL autos exclusively in my polytunnel greenhouse with great results. I see no problem with autos.
Other important things:
- jewelers loupe or plug in phone microscopy to judge trichome maturity - necessary.
- pH pen to get nutrient water pH in proper range, ~6.5 -7.0 for soil - necessary.
- use 1/2 of bottle recommended nutrient mixing strength.
- from your pic. Try low stress training or topping next grow to increase bud sites and yield.
Good pot comes from good planning.
Have you identified your drying area?
Bought trim scissors? Glass storage jars and Boveda paks? Your grow is not finished until the buds are dried, trimmed, cured and stored.
All this just takes practice. You'll do just fine. To encourage you, here are pics of 32 oz from one outdoor plant and an AF bud shot.

The 32 oz were from two Apple Betty plants, seeds from Herbies Headshop. Preped the soil well and used 15-15-15, Miracle Gro and Miracle Bloom. (How dare I!
) Reseached the genetics to get something that might survive the 115°F summer hell of Phoenix. I harvested them mid-December last year. One eight footer produced about 24 oz of that. My first truly outside in soil grow in my veggie garden.
I will sheepishly admit, yeah, I cured them in the coffee cans. The foil is just from the coffee can packaging, nothing special. My main grow is up to 12 (legal limit) plants in a 10' x 20' polytunnel, from which I get my main crop - properly cured in glass with Boveda packs.
I made RSO from 3 coffee cans of the Apple Betty. The remainder, stored at 55°F, 50% RH, will go to dry ice hash when I get around to it.

I agree with all the above.
I don’t think there is anything really wrong with autos, but I don’t think they are the place to start as a beginner despite often being recommended.
They really do require a perfect or close first month of growth, and that can be challenging when your starting out. Mistakes can happen and that can really hurt your outcome.
I would recommend quality photos for your next run.

Those big harvests are fun @Allotrope1000. My one and only outdoor grow resulted in 4 or 5 five gallon buckets full of nugs. At the time one could buy a five gallon bucket with a built in hygrometer and a little flap to burp the bucket. I bought one just for grins. It worked just fine but so did the gamma lids I bought for the other buckets. When the weed was dry it was everywhere, all over the garage, in closets, literally everywhere. I want to do that again but my situation has changed a little bit and it's indoor only growing for me.

What I did was pure experimenting, with a little bit of "I can't? Let me prove you wrong."
I ammended previously ammended garden soil with Home Depot garden soil, perlite, coco, sand and home made compost, adding in some kelp powder and microchorrizae. pH was 6.5 - 7.0. Area was 5' diameter, 24" deep. Used DE And coffee grounds for IPM. Also had some parasitoid mini-wasps to help.
Fertlizer was Home Depot slow release 15-15-15, with water soluble Miracle Gro, 24-8-16. Fertilized only monthly after plants in ground. When budding started, switched to Miracle Gro "Bloom Booster", 15-30-15. At one point I added five gallons of GH Flora Micro nutes - just in case. Really worried about bud rot in heavy Oct/Nov rains, but never happened.
My personal opinion as a master gardener and 50 year vegetable gardener is that the cannabis cultivation market is overwhelmed by commercial interests looking to sell us something. "Buy our nutes", "Our supplements are best". Pot will grow outside just like a tomato. Sunshine, water and adequate fertilizer. Nothing special needed. Let it grow (maybe top it a few times for more bud sites).
Given that, I will still use coco/perlite and GH Flora Trio for my main greenhouse grow. Same for your tent grows. Why? It works and gives you more control over numerous variables.
If you have space, do a plant or two in ground next spring with the "horrible, never use" Miracle Gro. A lot cheaper than the hydro store stuff.

Fertilizer is fertilizer @Allotrope1000 is right it doesn’t matter who makes it it is the same base ingredients. If you know what you’re doing you can use whatever as long as you use it correctly, in correct amounts, at the correct time. The cannabis specific lines do make it easier for people who are not master gardeners , but it’s true we pay for that help.

when I grew outside it was my own compost and my own cow dung that I spread on top of my 2 large veggie gardens and my ganja garden. Got the tractor out and the plow, presto Chango, what good earth that was!
