So for everyone out this way knows how god awful this heat is and it’s not going anywhere. I water them every other day but with this heat I don’t know if I should hit them with a little water? Or maybe just spray the outside of the bags? Or just let them be ?Any advice

It’s a white milky color, doesn’t wipe away dry but does wipe away wet but comes back when it dries. I thought it might be a dried spot of the mammoth spray. I looked on the help page and couldn’t find anything. Any ideas?
