OK, Sorry for the delayed response, Thanks Ckbrew for the info, As far as lowering the lights, I found that the light manufacturer recommended to lower the lights a few inches from where I had them, and when I did is when the problems began, my in-tent temps went from mid to upper 70's to 80+...
