I grow outdoor, in Canada. Mostly from clones. My question is : i need to limit the hieght of my plants to 6' or so, after the big stretch , my last grow was great, but almost 11' tall. is it possible to scruog outdoors, with clones?, or sould i consider just topping or suppercropping?

I'm growing in my backyard, and unfortunately there is a street light across the street from me, it is not white light, but it is amber, and does illuminate the yard to some degree . Will this be a problem in flower?
