I have 6 plants in total (I know they are smothered but it’s all I have to work with) all but one are doing great! any idea what is going on here all the plants are getting the same everything for care??!! the strain that is in need of help is chiesel

I took like 12 cuttings off my 2 plants that were about 2 week or so into flower.. they have been outside in 1 gal pots for to long but they have been growing and budding at the same time!? I’m wondering... what the outcome will be any input???
