Had that happen a few years ago with one of my wife's spider plants. Didn't know till it let loose with its call. Pretty funny and pretty loud indoors.

I went thru 3 of the cheap $10 pens in less than 2 years. They'd drift, take forever to stabilize, then not calibrate at all. I bought a Apera pH60 about 4 years ago and never looked back. Stable pH in less than 10 seconds, never more than 0.05 off of all 3 cal stds, easy to read and calibrate...

I'm in CT but I lost about 1/4 of my harvest to BR. Same situation. Heavy rain every other day with dew points in the 70s all summer. Mushrooms growing everywhere but shitty for weed.
