    For the 2.25 Mo in veg room..a4 ft two bulb shop light fixture..two of those side by side.. Phillips plant and aquarium bulbs. For flowering I use two vipar's 450s set at 19..20 in.

    I just flowered two plants under 1 viparspectra PAR 450, I got right around 1.5 oz per plants. I think you could love your light closer to 15-16 inches, I kept mine at 18 though, I wish I would’ve had it a little closer. I’m kind of baffled as to why hour yield was so low.
